FEBRUARY 2009 NEWSLETTER

February is the month of love. We are bombarded with plastic hearts, red roses, chocolates and reminders to remember those we love on Valentine’s day.
Great as it is to do this and honour those we love, we need to take it to a higher level and not just on one day or one month of the year!
The only reason we are incarnated on this Earth is to work through our lessons and experiences so that we can attain Ascension.
The path of Ascension is pure, unconditional love.
It is acknowledging that each and every one of us is created in God’s image and therefore is a Divine Being.
Why then do we treat other human beings the way we do?
Would we treat God the way we sometimes treat our fellow humans, animals and plants?
If I was aware that God was part of the being that I am treating with contempt, cruelty and so disparagingly would I actually carry on doing it?
We need to remember that God is in the poorest beggar standing on the street corner as well as in the most important member of society.
Each and every one of them has lessons to teach us just as we have lessons to teach them.
So take a moment to think before you say or do.
Become aware of your heart chakra. Many living at this moment in time, have closed their heart chakras down. This happens for various reasons. Some of them being that if I close my heart down, I cannot feel properly and therefore nobody can hurt me. Or perhaps my ego has taken over to the extent that nothings else matters.
Our heart chakra is in the centre of our chakras and therefore affects all the chakras.
If my chakras are not spinning properly, then I am out of balance which then affects all areas of my life.
We need to open and expand our heart chakras. If you concentrate on it and consciously bring down the walls surrounding it and allow energies to flow into and from the heart, you can physically feel it expanding. Forgiving yourself and others is a big part of this. Visualise your heart filled with beautiful healing light and love and allow it to overflow to others.
We need to be open to giving and receiving.
What a wonderful place this will be when we are all radiating unconditional love from our hearts and minds!
Remember that it starts with you. Each and everyone of us can make a difference!

I have so enjoyed my travels around the country this past month meeting up with old friends and meeting new ones!
My next stop is Cape Town on 1st March where I will be facilitating “Declutter Body, Mind and Spirit with Archangel Gabriel”.
This is a very important workshop and not to be missed! The feed back from Knysna, Durban and Johannesburg has been amazing!

The Self Mastery and Ascension workshop that I am facilitating weekly in Knysna on Tuesday evenings is full and I have now started one on a Wednesday morning. We are all growing and developing together and I love the interaction with everyone.

I have had queries about the Teacher Training course for this year. It will be held in October in Gauteng. Just finalising dates and venue and will put out the information soon.
